Because student voice is a top priority for Dr. Parvey, she is excited to work directly with APS students and launched her first Superintendent and Student Advisory Council in the 2025–26 school year. Twenty-six Andover High School students will meet regularly with Dr. Parvey.

The primary purpose is to empower high school students with insights into the workings of the school district. The SSAC offers students a platform to contribute their perspectives on a range of district initiatives and actively participate in a council to provide the superintendent with non-binding consultation.
