In Andover Public Schools (APS), we believe that every student deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. With that dedication and commitment, we launched an Equity Visioning process to better understand what equity truly looks and feels like across our schools—for every child, every family, and every staff member.
Who We Are & Stay Connected
We are excited to welcome your children to Andover Public Schools (APS), where we serve approximately 5,500 students from preschool through high school.
Our mission is to educate our students to be resilient, engaged, lifelong learners and compassionate community members, who are critical thinkers, collaborative problem solvers, and positive contributors to a diverse and rapidly changing society.
APS includes a preschool, five elementary schools, three middle schools, and Andover High School. Across our district, students benefit from many opportunities to expand their learning through programs in the arts, STEM, athletics, humanities, and student leadership—along with comprehensive services for students with diverse learning needs.
APS students hail from more than 74 countries and approximately 54 languages are spoken in their homes. APS strives to be a safe, welcoming, and inclusive district where all students feel seen, heard, valued, trusted, and respected for who they are and who they want to be. We work closely with families to ensure all are informed, engaged, and supported.
We look forward to partnering with you for a successful and enriching educational experience at APS!
