We are pleased to announce the new Andover Public Schools Budget Advisory Council for FY28. Now in its third year, the Superintendent's Budget Advisory Council consists of APS staff members, APS parents/guardians and members of the Andover community.
The role of the ad-hoc advisory council is to provide non-binding consultation to the superintendent and his administrative team during the FY28 school department budget process.
The purpose of the council is to facilitate productive conversations and to identify community priorities in developing a balanced FY28 budget with transparency and in partnership with key stakeholders.
Planning for future years' budgets begins each fall, and we will share information with the community as the council continues its work and throughout the FY28 Budget process.
Members on the council will serve in an advisory capacity for one (1) year.
