Dear Wood Hill Middle School staff and families, 

I would like to thank Mr. Bucco for his many years of service to Wood Hill Middle School and his commitment to the district. As Mr. Bucco shared in his message, he will be retiring at the end of December.

To ensure a seamless experience for our staff and students, I am pleased to share that Dr. Linda Croteau will serve as interim principal for the remainder of the 2026-27 school year. I’m confident that Dr. Croteau will provide steady leadership and a strong sense of continuity during this transition. With her extensive experience in education and school administration, she is well prepared to support our Wood Hill students, staff, and families.  In the coming weeks, we will begin a search for an interim assistant principal for the remainder of the 2026-27 school year.

In the coming months, we will share additional information about the process for selecting the next principal of Wood Hill Middle School. For now, please join me in thanking Patrick for his dedicated service and wishing him all the best in his retirement, while also welcoming Dr. Croteau to her new role.
