| | | PickUp Patrol has been a HUGE success. The app has helped streamline our dismissal/pickup process in the front office. Thank you to our families who have registered for the app and have already started using it.
If you haven't registered yet, be on the lookout for an email on Monday, September 22nd. Registration email links are valid for 48hours.
As a reminder, if you use the app for a dismissal, please have your student stop by the office to get a dismissal note for their teachers. | | | On September 24th, our 8th graders will spend the day at Boundless Adventures, taking part in team building activities.
Boundless Adventures is a zipline and aerial adventure unlike anything you’ve experienced before. With 9 high ropes and obstacle courses, you will find yourself challenging your boundaries as you swing, climb, balance, traverse and zipline through our treetop adventure. For more information, visit the Boundless Adventures website . | | | We are thrilled to share that all Grade 6 students in Andover will be taking part in a short but engaging field trip to Pfizer’s Mobile School of Science right here in town.
This one-hour experience features a state-of-the-art trailer designed as an escape-room style science adventure, where students work together to solve puzzles, take on hands-on challenges, and explore high-tech science applications. Outside the trailer, students will enjoy interactive activities, including time with a robotic dog and engaging in augmented reality goggle experiences.
We are excited to provide this unique opportunity for our Grade 6 students. These types of engaging experiences inspire curiosity and confidence in students. Research shows that experiential learning opportunities play a key role in helping young people develop strong STEM identities and see themselves as scientists and engineers in the making. | | | Thank you to everyone who has reviewed and successfully implemented our drop-off and pick-up plans.
