Aspen is telling me that my account is disabled. What do I do?
To protect your security, if the wrong password is entered 5 times, your account will be disabled. Should this happen, please email InfoSys@aps1.net from one of the email accounts on record for your child with your student’s name and your current login name. This will help us verify that the account is secure and that the appropriate individual is receiving the account information.
