Many of our families recall that in April 2020, we distributed a survey to APS families. At that time, we were only a few weeks into our remote learning.

We would like to hear from our parents and guardians again. The survey provides us with valuable insight on the progress we’ve made during the mandatory closure and your overall experiences as well as your thoughts about the reopening next fall.

The June 2020 survey can be found here. Please respond by Friday, June 19, 2020. 

You may use a computer, tablet or smartphone to access the online survey. The survey is 35 questions long, which includes background questions and 6 open response questions. The survey will not save your progress if you exit the browser before submitting. If you have more than one child enrolled in the district, please fill out one survey for each child, as your answers may vary.
