Fall 2013 Mandatory Sports Meeting

There is a mandatory Fall sports meeting for all students interested in participating in Fall sports. The meeting will be held in the Collins Center on August 21 at 7:00pm.

The first day of on line Fall registration is July 22, 2013
There is a mandatory Fall sports meeting of all students interested in registering for a Fall sport. The meeting will be held in the Collins Center on August 21 at 7:00pm. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.
To register for a Fall sport, copy the link below into the address field within your web browser. Note that, due to the type of documentation that must be completed, registration should be done parent/guardian. (on line registration begins July 22, 2013) -department

1. If this is the first time you have used Familyid, click on the Sign Up button on the top right hand corner of the page. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering your family name, email address and passwords. Note that, to eliminate any confusion, please use the same email address whenever it is requested. You will be sent a link to confirm your new account. If you do not see the email, check your junk or spam folder(s).
2. Fill out the information requested on the registration form.
3. Complete the registration process. You will receive an email from FamilyId confirming your registration and an email from PayPal* confirming your payment.
*In order to complete the registration process the $380 sports user fee must be remitted through PayPal at the time of on line registration. Regardless of how many sports the s/a participates in, the user fee is paid once for the entire year. If you wish to apply for a waiver of the athletic fee, information on how to do so will be included in the registration process, as will a link to download the waiver form.

? Yearly physical within 13 months of the start of the season.
? No student will be allowed to practice until she/he has submitted a current physical to the AHS school nurse.
? If a physical expires during the season of participation, a new physical must be submitted prior to the expiration date in order to continue participation in the AHS sport.
? Since physical forms must be checked by the school nurse prior to participation, submit them as soon as possible.
? Academics: Students must pass at least two of their classes each quarter with a minimum 2.0 GPA
