The mission of the Andover High School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive developmental guidance program that helps all students:

• identify and build upon their strengths and talents
• develop their academic potential
• grow in the areas of personal, social and civic responsibility
• identify, research and create a plan for their college, career and post-secondary goals.

Counselors work with students at each grade level and deliver services through individual meetings and classroom lessons.
