bullet4 two-pocket folders (one red, one yellow, one blue, and one green)
bullet4 1” binders (one red, one yellow, one blue, and one green).  If you are unable to purchase any of these colors, we will supply colored labels for binders that you buy.  Color coding helps students come to class with the correct binder and folder.
bulletAn inexpensive calculator (one that adds, subtracts, multiplies, divides, and does square root).  Students will not need this calculator until the middle of October.
bulletA small pencil case, box, or bag containing:

                  - 3 sharpened pencils with erasers             - 2 black or blue pens

                  - 1 highlighter                                                 - 1 glue stick

                  - 1 small pair of scissors                              - 2 dry erase markers

                  - 8 to 16 colored pencils

                  - 1 red pen for making corrections on homework, class work, and notes.

Please note that trapper keepers are excluded from this list.  As educators we have found that these items do not help students with organization.  Trappers are bulky.  Space in lockers and backpacks is needed for textbook and other supplies.
