Access Your School Mail From Home or Anywhere

The new APS Exchange server supports Outlook Web Access which can be accessed over the Internet. Outlook Web Access allows you to access your Contacts, Calendar, and all your Outlook folders. To connect to the APS Outlook Web Access follow the steps below:

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer on any computer.
  2. In the address bar, type http://mail.aps1.net:909
  3. In the “Enter Network Password” box, enter your username, password and domain "APS".

    Note:  You must use APS \username in the ‘User name’ box if you are outside the school system and there is no box to type in your domain “APS”.
