If you are filing for tuition reimbursement, remember that this request pertains to graduate course work for the period covering July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

An application for “Tuition Reimbursement" is below and must have your Principal's or Program Advisor's approval prior to being submitted for review and approval by the Assistant Superintendent. Deadline - May 1, 2018.

School Administrators


Administrators planning graduate study during the 2018-2019 school year should notify the Superintendent in writing of their intention and a completed form should be returned to the Human Resources Department by May 1, 2018. For your convenience, we have attached the appropriate paperwork.

Instructional Assistants


In accordance with the AAO Collective Bargaining Agreement, Instructional Assistants may receive up to a maximum amount of $300.00 reimbursement for 1 course per school year.

All coursework must be job-related and must be approved by your building principal and the Superintendent of Schools. Please attach information about the Continuing Education program and a course description for approval purposes.

Please note: Only Instructional Assistants who have been a member of the unit for 3 full consecutive school years are eligible for reimbursement. Deadline - December 1, 2017.
